  1. Paul D says:

    What team would people play?
It’d be the ideal opportunity to give Rodders & Coleman their first run out of the season and I’d like Beckford to be given the chance to boost his confidence against a lower league team…

  2. Paul Daly says:

    Mucha

    Coleman
    Heitinga
    Distin
    Baines

    Pienaar
    Rodwell
    Arteta
    Bilyaletdinov

    Beckford
    Yakubu

Strong team, first hurdle on the Road to Wembley.

  3. Colonel Bogey says:

GK. Mucha. RB. Coleman. LB. Baines. CB. Johnny & Distin. DefM. Fellaini. LM. Gueye. RM. Pienaar. CenM. Rodwell. AttM. Bilyaletdinov. Forw. Beckford. Subs. Howard, Jags, Hibbo, Arteta, Ossie, Cahill and Saha.

  4. Paul D says:

I’d go along with most of that Paul but I don’t think Arteta’s been on form of late and there’s rumours circulating that he’s 100% fit. Maybe give him a half but I’d like to see Osman have a go in the middle too as his confidence must be dwindling.
I’d defo start Beckford and The Yak, I think it’s about time Moyes tried two up front

  5. To right talk is cheap. I’m fed up with tub-thumping interviews with the likes of Phil Neville, they should do their talking on the pitch.

I never fancy us the this competition. The League Cup has been nothing short of disaterous for us since we last reached the final in 1984 and we’ve suffered loads of embarrassing defeats along the way. Its time we put this right.

  6. I hate Kenwright says:

Whatever happens Moyes has to give Coleman a run out and the new keeper. I’d forget about playing the Yak as its obvious he has no future. Beckford should play and Bily needs to be benched after his ‘efforts’ on satdee.

  7. timmy-tippy-toes says:

Haha, think the players showed all you nay sayers what they can really do.

    MOYES OUT….Hahahah
