Galindo Performs Blues U-turn

Samuel Galindo has performed a last minute U-turn on a deal which was set to see the young South American sign a deal with Moyes’ men. Instead, Galindo took the journey south to the Emirates and signed a contact with the Gunners after supposedly being impressed by the club’s resources.

The deal with the Gunners is said to be worth £500k up front to Galindo’s club; Real America, which is rumoured to be at a reasonable premium above Everton’s original accepted offer.

Did Everton dither on a deal or did Arsenal represent a greater opportunity for the Bolivian U20 skipper who had been dubbed “a cross between Fernandes and Fellaini” by excited supporters.
