Pienaar set to sign for Blues

SOS1878 can now reveal that Steven Pienaar is set to sign a four year contract to return to Merseyside.

The deal has been in the offing for several months; after Pienaar returned to Goodison in January on loan.

The fee is said to be in the region of £4 million, with Pienaar set to receive a similar amount he demanded before leaving Everton last year.

Pienaar will be a welcome addition to the squad, after Everton fans have seen both Tim Cahill and Joesph Yobo leave the club this window.
