Video: Bill Kenwright accuses The Blue Union of “betraying the club”

Bill Kenwright has in the last 30 minutes been peacefully confronted by a group of Evertonians seeking answers on the stagnation and growing financial crisis at Everton Football Club prior to today’s 3rd round FA Cup tie with Tamworth.
Kenwright, who can be seen to be stood speechless for a good deal of time as he stares vacantly at his mobile telephone, finally responds to the many questions asked of him by claiming simply that…
“your Blue Union have betrayed this club”.
Evertonians will make their own judgements on the Chairman’s body language, attitude and claim that the recently formed fans group are more to blame for the crisis at Everton that he himself.

you are a disgrace kenwright how dare you pass the blaim for the shit you have created
Just seen this on SSN, and I was disgusted with his attitude and arrogance. To treat fans with such contempt is completely unacceptable, Everton is a great club and deserves a chairman befitting of it’s status.
He should remember that a club is nothing without the fans, and to acuse them of betraying the club is making his position untenable.
I believe BK’s delay/ vacant expression was deliberate, in the hope that somehow the supporters would let themselves down i.e.swearing etc.
The questions were valid and well put, well done lads. To think – this man is in control of Everton FC – frightening!
Kenwright shows his naivety again! He really is cutting a rather pathetic figure now. He should have just finished his phone call and gone into the ground instead of being trapped by the CU scum who, yet again, set him and the image of our Club up for a public fall. Most Supporters agre with what he said, but he nevertheless shouldn’t have allowed himself to be recorded saying it.
Its fans like Alan that are giving this board the encouragment to carry on,if he actually did his homework on this board he might be able to take them blinkers off and come up with something constructive for our once great club.If the majority of our fans were like I would definetly fear for our future.
